Before You Begin

• Involve your family. Tell your parents, guardian, or wali who you are talking to, and keep them informed at every stage. A serious proposal has nothing to hide from your family.
• Take your time. Nobody genuine will pressure you to decide quickly, to move off the Platform immediately, or to keep the conversation secret.

Protecting Your Information

• Do not share your CNIC number, bank details, ATM PIN, OTP, passwords, or home address with any Member.
• Be cautious about sharing your personal mobile number until you are reasonably satisfied.
• Do not send private photographs to anyone. Anyone who requests them is misusing this Platform — report them at once.

Red Flags — Stop and Report

• Any request for money, a loan, a gift, an investment, an air ticket, a visa fee, or "emergency" help. This is the single most common scam. No genuine proposal begins with a request for money.
• Pressure to move immediately to WhatsApp, Instagram, or another app.
• Refusal to involve their family, or to allow a family-to-family conversation.
• Inconsistent or evasive answers about marital status, age, location, or work.
• Professing deep attachment very quickly.
• Any sexual, immodest, or inappropriate message or request.
• Any attempt to isolate you from your family, or to insist on secrecy.

Meeting in Person

• Meet only with the knowledge and, wherever possible, the presence of family.
• Meet in a public place. Do not meet at a residence or a private location.
• Tell someone where you are going and when you expect to return.
• Arrange your own transport and keep your phone charged.
• Leave immediately if you feel uncomfortable. You owe no explanation.

Reports are treated confidentially. We investigate every report and act in accordance with our Community Guidelines. A verified badge is a helpful signal, but always remains a starting point, not a substitute for your own judgement.
