No. A boost just puts your profile in front of more families. Whether they respond is up to them, but your boost report shows exactly what it delivered.
Can I get a refund on a boost?
Boosts that have already started are not refundable. If your boost has not started yet, contact support for a refund. See our Refund Policy.
