Response time: We aim to acknowledge every message within 48 hours.
Grievance Procedure
- Raise it. Send full particulars — your registered email, the profile ID or transaction reference concerned, a description, and any evidence — to info@roohly.com.
- Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and allot a reference number.
- Investigation. We will investigate and communicate our decision within 15 working days. Where more time is required, we will tell you why.
- Appeal. If you are dissatisfied, you may appeal in writing to info@roohly.com within fourteen (14) days, and the matter will be reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision.
- Escalation. Nothing in this procedure affects your right to approach a court of competent jurisdiction at Lahore, or the relevant law-enforcement authority.
Emergencies: For any matter involving immediate risk to a person's safety, contact the police on 15. For cybercrime, blackmail, or online harassment, contact the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency.
